Register for British Columbia Forklift Rally
March 20, 2009 – Registration is now open for the Canadian Materials Handling & Distribution Society’s 12th annual B.C. Championship Forklift Rally. The rally will be held on May 2 at the Cloverdale Agriplex, Surry B.C. The participants will have their skills tested by competing in a precision driving course that will require them to navigate through a variety of forklift activities, and their forklift and safety knowledge will be tested by a written test based on WorkSafeBC regulations.
B.C. Forklfit Rally takes place in May.
Rally winners in each division will win $500 for a first place finish, $300 for second place, and $100 for third place. Entrance fees are $65 per person. Participants can choose to register in any in any one of three divisions—Sit-Down Counterbalance, Narrow-Aisle Reach Truck, or Power Pallet Jack (Walkie-Rider).
