NCCER Announces 2009 Board of Trustees
January 29, 2009 – The National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER), Gainesville, Fla., has elected Rick Graves, senior vice president of operations of Fluor Enterprises Inc., Dallas , Texas , as its 2009 board of trustees chairman. Graves will succeed Steve Halverson, president of The Haskell Company, Jacksonville , Fla. Carole Bionda, vice president of legal and personnel, NOVA Group, Napa , Calif. , will serve as the 2009 NCCER vice chairman.
NCCER’s board of trustees consists of representatives from contributing contractors, owners, and NCCER partnering associations. All trustees are recognized for their expertise in construction or construction-related issues and serve a one- to three-year term.
