Link-Belt Cranes Names Customer Support Managers

January 16, 2009 – Link-Belt, Lexington, Ky., has announced two management changes in the company’s customer support organization. Troy Krumm was named manager, field service. He will build on Link-Belt’s level of customer field support with particular focus on expansion into international markets. Krumm has been with Link-Belt 21 years having served as a district service representative and holding management positions in parts and technical support.

 

Frank Snapp was named manager, technical product support. Snapp has been with Link-Bel

t 20 years working in manufacturing, prototype, technical product support, and, most recently, as senior product specialist. Snapp’s focus will be on supporting Link-Belt distributors and end users in servicing and maintaining their cranes.
