Holt Crane Names New General Manager

February 6, 2009 â€“ HOLT Crane & Equipment, San Antonio, Texas, the Link-Belt crane distributor for central, north, east and southeast Texas, has named Scott McDougle as its general manager.

In his new position, McDougle will be responsible for managing all aspects of the companyâ€™s Link-Belt crane division. His experience includes 12 years in the crane industry where he has worked for one of the oldest and largest crane dealers in the country. Prior to that, Scott worked in law enforcement for 8 years and completed a Texas A&M University Executive Development program.

Holt Crane & Equipment is the authorized Link-Belt crane distributor in 141 selected counties in Texas for sales, service and parts support for its full crane product line. Holt is a division of Holt CAT, a San Antonio, Texas based company that began operations in 1933 and today is the largest Caterpillar equipment dealer in the United States.
